TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

All correspondence should be made in English only. The following is understood (Unless specifically mentioned): 1 

  1. Our LOGO will appear on each item and packing.
  2. We supply 220 V unless specifically mentioned in the order.
  3. MADE IN INDIA will appear on each product.
  4. Plastic items will be supplied from available colours. 

We retain the right to :

  1. Effect part shipments of the goods ordered without prior permission of the buyer, (since sometimes entire 
  2. Demand the difference in freight or effect short shipment equivalent to freight difference if there is a difference in calculation of the freight, (Even after submitting the proforma invoice).
  3. Supply different dimensions, sizes or colors, (due to market fluctuations in raw material). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Samples will be offered at 100% extra charges unless otherwise specified.

Returns : if any (Including Indian Origin), if without permission of Indian customs, attract very heavy custom duties. So do not return any items before our prior approval in writing

Payment Terms

You send us your requirements with correct #Ref numbers as per our catalouge. Please specify your Email address, Port or Airport of discharge, Electrical voltage, Courier account no (if shipment by courier preferably FEDEX/DHL/ UPS/TNT)

Freight: to be prepaid or collect (For all collect shipments a charge of US$ 150 will be levied) All rates quoted in this Catalouge are Ex-works.

2.  On the basis of your order we will send you our proforma Invoice. All Prices mentioned in this catalouge Ex-works Mumbai. All other charges like Packing, freight and handiing charges like Insurance, wire transfer fees, Form A, etc. will be US $ 25 extra each time, as applicable. Upon receipt of the Proforma Invoice you shouid remit the funds as mentioned.

      3.  Terms of Payment : 100% payment in advance by :

[c] Letter of Credit (add $175 as L/C charges)
